ionode welcomes inquiries from manufactures who wish to incorporate our electrodes into their products. Apart from our standard range; pH, redox and ion selective electrodes can be manufactured in many different shapes and sizes to accommodate existing or proposed installations. On most electrode designs, we are able to incorporate a custom label.
Our expertise with potentiometric sensors and chemical analysis can assist you in obtaining the best performance with your design.

Our pH glass has been tested according to the British Standard Institute 2586:1979 “Specification for Glass and reference electrodes for the measurement of pH” publication and found to cover the full 0-14 pH range with minimum sodium error (see Technical Information). Our pH bulbs are blown using a fully automated process which assures consistency in size and performance. We highly recommend incorporating our uniquely versatile Intermediate Junction (IJ) reference design. We are also experienced with conventional reference designs. Most of our existing products use injection moulded components and our experience in this process as applied to electrochemical sensors can be of service to you. If you have developed a new ion selective electrode and wish to introduce it to the market using ionode components, we would be happy to discuss it with you.

OEM electrodes can be small numbers of machined housings to your design or larger runs with injection moulded components. Once we know your requirements we can quote the most economical way to make your electrode. We also offer a prototype design service.
